What is section 482?
Under Section 482 of the IPC, a person against whom a false FIR has been filed can get relief from the High Court. Then you will not take any action against you in this case through the court. The police will have to stop their action.
Under this section, an application can be filed in the High Court through a lawyer. Through this application you can give proof of your innocence. You can prepare evidence through a lawyer. If there is a witness in your favor, mention it.
When this matter comes before the court and it is felt that the evidence given by you strengthens your side, the police will have to stop the action immediately. Which will give you relief in writing a false report.
Police will not arrest you
If you are implicated in a case by conspiracy, an appeal can be made in the High Court. A case is going on in the High Court while the police cannot take any legal action against you.
